please motivate me

how can i motivate myself to workout and eat right????? i am horrid at this


  1. OH hon, I am terrrrrrible at it. The thing is, you just have to keep on going. Think of it are on a train that is going pretty fast. Sometimes you might go over a bump and you get jolted around...but it doesn't mean you have to jump off entirely, right? If you slip up, acknowledge that you slipped up and just keep on going on the right direction,.
